Eclectic Indian is the result of a lifetime facination with the diversity of Indian culture and cuisine. In particular, the book attempts to showcase the amazing wealth of culinary tradition that India offers, something still overlooked in most restaurants.
 Rinku Bhattacharya is a passionate foodie, who spends a significant portion of her time working with food - teaching, experimenting, creating new recipes. Her passion is shared by her husband and two lovely children.
Rinku has been teaching Indian cooking out of her home based cooking school for over 5 years. Outside of cooking Rinku works as a non-profit financial professional and has master's degrees in areas of finance and non-profit management.
